Our third project on the site continues an established architectural language: simple form, monopitch roof and the familiar Zincalume cladding connecting with the rural vernacular.

The programme for this project is as pragmatic as the building form: a double-height garage, with mezzanine, providing space for an office and additional accommodation for friends and family.

Emphasising the industrial nature of the building, perforated metal screens are employed both on the external stairway and as feature sliding screens, shading and providing a degree of privacy to the large north-facing sliding window.

The building massing reads as a natural extrusion of the site, with the roof form following the contours around the building platform, mitigating its perceived bulk to neighbouring properties.
