Kaimai Houses

The design concept boasts of two gabled roof pavilions - a tribute to the iconic rural structures of the area - one designed for the family, featuring 3 bedrooms and a spacious open living area, and a larger pavilion, equipped with bunk beds and amenities for groups as large as 12 people.

High cathedral ceilings, exposed rafters and a robust material palette consisting of Colorsteel Matt Flaxpod and Abodo Vulcan Patina finish weatherboards, the designs converse with the context, sitting at home at the rural backdrop.
